Discretionary Trading Authorization

The permission that will let Huntsman’s agents trade in the brokerage account you connect, without asking you before each trade. You aren’t asked to give it yet.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

Applies after the SEC registers JupiGlow LLC as an investment adviser. Not in effect, and not asked of anyone yet: until then, agents run only in your practice account.

1. When it applies

This authorization takes effect only when the SEC has registered JupiGlow LLC, doing business as Huntsman, as an investment adviser, you turn on automatic mode, and you give it in the app, together with the Client Advisory Agreement. You give it again for each brokerage account you connect for automatic mode. Until then, no agent trades real money.

2. What it allows

You authorize Huntsman to buy and sell securities in the brokerage account you connect, without asking you before each trade, only:

  • for the agents you approve, in the saved version you approved;
  • with the money you give each agent and inside the limits you set;
  • in the investments the app supports for your account.

3. What it doesn’t allow

Huntsman can never withdraw, transfer or move money or securities out of your account, change the account’s owner or bank details, or take its fees from your account.

4. Your money stays put

Your money stays at your broker, in your name. Huntsman only sends trade instructions. It never holds your money or securities.

5. Pause or revoke it any time

You can pause or stop any agent, or revoke this authorization by disconnecting your broker or closing your Huntsman account. Pausing stops new trades. It doesn’t sell what an agent holds, and orders already at your broker stay there until they fill or you cancel them at your broker.

6. Changes

A change that matters to an agent or its limits needs your new approval.

7. What we record

We record the version of this authorization you gave, the agent, its saved version, the account, your limits and the time.
