What Huntsman’s agents and practice results can and can’t tell you, and what you can lose.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. How our advice works

Huntsman has applied to register with the SEC as an investment adviser. Once registered, our advice comes only through the app, as agents: written trading rules you can read before you turn them on. Before your first agent trades real money, the app asks about your goals, experience, finances and risk tolerance and shows which agents fit you; if you pick one that doesn’t, it warns you first. Market data, charts and the AI chat are information, not advice.

2. Practice results are hypothetical

  • Agents from the library run in a practice account: a simulated account with simulated money. A practice fill is worked out from the quoted price at that moment. No real order was sent and no real money moved.
  • Practice results leave out what real trading adds: how your order would have moved the price, waiting in line for a fill, partial fills, every fee, and your broker’s rules. Real results would have been different, and could have been worse.
  • A test run of a saved version on past or generated prices is hypothetical too. It is worked out with hindsight, and the prices it used may not be what you could have traded at. Huntsman labels each such result as a practice or test result, never as real trading.
  • Results are shown before fees, Huntsman’s plan price, taxes and your broker’s costs, which would make them lower. Past results don’t guarantee future results.

3. Automated rules can lose money

  • An agent follows its saved rules exactly, including when the market does something the rules didn’t expect.
  • Agents depend on market data, our servers and, when you link an account, your broker. Any of them can be late, wrong or down. An agent may then skip a run or pause, or act on data that turns out to be wrong.
  • A limit that pauses an agent is checked when the agent runs. It isn’t a promise of a price, and it doesn’t cap what you can lose.
  • The AI that helps you write rules can misunderstand you. Read the rules it writes before you save them. What the AI writes is information, not investment advice.
  • After registration, in approve-each-trade mode, nothing is sent to your broker until you approve it. You can lose money on a trade you approve, and on trades placed in automatic mode.

4. Any trade can lose money

  • Stocks, funds (ETFs) and crypto can fall, sometimes fast. You can lose some or all of the money you put into a trade.
  • Crypto trades around the clock and its prices can move far more than stocks in a day.
  • A fund can lose value and can trade away from the value of what it holds.
  • Agents do not trade options today. If they ever do, this page will add the risks of options first.

5. No guarantee

No guarantee is made that any agent, rule or trade will make money, or that it suits you. Investing can lose money, including everything you put in. Only use money you can afford to lose. Prices, charts and other data come from third parties and may be late, incomplete or wrong.

6. Where we stand with regulators

JupiGlow LLC, doing business as Huntsman, is not a broker-dealer. It has applied to register with the SEC as an investment adviser. Until the SEC grants it, agents run only in your practice account. After that, agents can trade real money in your linked account, with your approval on each trade, or automatically within your limits once you accept the Client Advisory Agreement and the Discretionary Trading Authorization (see Your agreements).

7. Ask a professional

Think about your money, your goals and how much risk you can take before you trade. We don’t help with taxes, legal questions or a full financial plan; for those, talk to a qualified professional.
