Delete your account

How to delete your Huntsman account in the app, on the web or by email, and what happens to your data.

Last updated: October 29, 2026

1. In the app

Open Huntsman on your iPhone and go to Settings › Delete account (in some versions of the app it’s called Settings › Close account). Confirm, and it’s done. You don’t need a plan to delete your account.

2. On the web

Sign in to Huntsman on the web and go to Account › Close account. Tick that you understand, then confirm.

3. By email

If you can’t sign in, email support@gethuntsman.com from the email address you sign in with, with “Delete my account” in the subject. We may ask you to confirm it’s you, and we answer within 2 business days.

4. What happens

  • Your agents stop, and every sign-in on your phones and browsers ends.
  • We delete your account and what we keep to run it for you: your agents, your brokerage links and the secret keys for them, your order log, your price alerts and where alerts go.
  • Some records stay, as the law or our own records need: security records, the daily check against your broker, your practice account and practice agents, and the agreements you accepted. They hold your user ID, never your email address.
  • Your email address at our sign-in provider is deleted when you ask by email, as above.
  • The Privacy Policy lists everything that goes and everything that stays.

5. Your brokerage account

Deleting your Huntsman account doesn’t close your brokerage account. Your broker holds it, with your money and positions. Check your open orders there, and close the account with your broker if you want to. Plans are billed by Apple: cancel yours in your iPhone’s Settings › your name › Subscriptions, because deleting your account doesn’t cancel it.
